About our jewellery

What is Elnora London jewellery made of?

Every piece is made from 316 stainless steel and finished with 18K real gold using PVD (Physical Vapour Deposition) plating. PVD bonds the gold layer to the steel, so it is more durable than traditional gold plating. The result is jewellery that is waterproof, tarnish-resistant and hypoallergenic.

Is Elnora London jewellery waterproof? Can I shower or swim in it?

Yes. Our pieces are 100% waterproof, so you can wear them while showering, swimming, exercising and through everyday life without worrying about water damage.

Will my jewellery tarnish or turn my skin green?

Our 316 stainless steel and 18K gold PVD finish is tarnish-resistant and designed to keep its shine with everyday wear. Stainless steel does not react with skin the way brass or copper-based fashion jewellery can.

Is it suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes. Stainless steel is lightweight and hypoallergenic, which makes it a comfortable choice for sensitive skin and all-day wear.

What is PVD gold plating?

PVD (Physical Vapour Deposition) is a process that bonds a thin layer of real gold to the stainless steel base in a vacuum chamber. Compared with standard electroplating, it creates a harder, longer-lasting finish that resists scratching, fading and water.

How do I care for my jewellery?

Wipe your pieces with a soft, dry cloth after wearing and store them separately to avoid scratches. Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive cleaners to keep the gold finish looking its best.

How much does Elnora London jewellery cost?

Our pieces start from £19.99. Ready-made stacks (earring, hand and bracelet sets) are priced lower than buying each piece separately.

Elnora London was founded in England in 2016. We design everyday, waterproof gold jewellery for women and ship from the UK.

Delivery

How much is UK delivery, and how long does it take?

UK Standard delivery is £2.99, or free on orders of £35 or more (after discounts), and arrives in 2–5 working days. UK Express is available for £7.99.

Do you deliver to the EU?

Yes, we deliver to all 27 EU countries. EU Tracked delivery takes 5–7 working days and costs £9.99, or it's free on orders over £100. Our prices, including delivery, are shown in euros and converted automatically, so you'll see exactly what you'll pay at checkout.

As we ship from the UK, EU orders may be subject to import VAT and a carrier handling fee, which are paid by the customer on delivery. We don't currently collect EU VAT at checkout.

When will my order be sent?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and dispatched Monday to Friday. Once your order is on its way, we'll send you an email with tracking details.
